Clarence Joseph "C.J." Dillard passed away March 26, 2017. He was 82.

He was born January 6, 1935 in Dale County and lived all his life there. He was employed as a lead aircraft mechanic at Fort Rucker for 28 years priior to his retirement. He spent over 40 years with his beloved wife, Jeanette Story Dillard and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
